My name is Gary. I am a 57 year old guy from Massachusetts. I have struggled with my weight for my whole life. Like many, I've tried just about every diet out there, with the same results.
Now, I do believe in eating WFPB (Whole Food Plant-Based) for weight loss, but it so much more. I started eating this way around August 12th, 2023. I didn't start it because I wanted to lose weight. I started it because I sat down one day and typed into Google: "Why is cancer growing exponentially in America vs the rest of the world." What I got was link after link, video after video, and it always pointed right back to our food system.
I have been fighting my own battle with cancer since March of 2016. Twenty surgeries, 35-40 tumors, multiple BCG and chemo treatments. That was the first eight years. Since I have gone WFPB, no surgeries, no treatments, and my Doctor says, "Whatever you are doing, keep doing it." Could it be a coincidence? Sure. I make no claims or promises, but I will help show you the Data. That is an important word. This is Scientific Data that has been repeated in laboratories and in real life trials and daily life. You make up your own mind. You only have your life to gain and improve if you do.
